- It is the responsibility of the customer to notify All Hands Bakery at the time of ordering of any known allergies.
- Discounts can not be combined and do not include delivery fees.
- All orders must be placed in advance. 50% down payment is due upon ordering. The balance is due a week prior to scheduled event/or booking date. Large orders (over $100) will be due 2 weeks in advance with the exception of wedding cakes (see below). Changes made after an order is finalized is subject to a surcharge.. Please see below for wedding cakes.
- Small orders Cancellations (orders under $100) made 7 days or more in advance of the scheduled date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made after will not receive a refund.
- Orders can be rescheduled but will be subject to availability. Orders can only be rescheduled one time and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Orders with hand made fondant toppers will not receive a refund once topper is made. Large toppers are made 1-2 weeks in advance to allow to properly dry and harden.
- Wedding cake orders require a $50 save the date deposit with full payment made 60 days prior to event. Cancellations 1 month or more prior to scheduled event will receive a full refund minus the save the date fee. Cancelations 3 weeks in advance will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made after will not receive a refund. Save the date deposit is non-refundable.
- Cake stands and columns will require a refundable deposit. Items will need to be returned within 7 days following the event in the same condition received. Items not returned within 7 days or returned in poor condition will not receive a refund on the deposit. Deposit amount will vary based on equipment needed.
- Frosting, fondant, and filling items will melt in direct sun or humidity.
- Orders over $100 will need to be made a minimum of a month in advance. and cancelation will need to be made 2 weeks prior to scheduled event for a full refund. cancelations made after will not receive a refund.
- Last minute orders will have a higher price due to expediting and are non cancelable.
- In the case of an unavoidable delivery occurrence, such as a car accident, poor road conditions, inclement weather, etc… All Hands Bakery is only responsible for refunding the amount paid for order.
- Delivery times will vary based on amount of orders being delivered and road conditions.
- If you have requested items to be ordered ahead of your order being made, a full refund cannot be made if the items cannot be returned. (return fees/returned shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount)
- All Hands Bakery is NOT responsible for damage to orders once it has been delivered or picked up. This will include any damage done by the customer, caterers, guest, or anyone not employed by All Hands Bakery.
- Pictures taken by All hands Bakery may be used on their website or social media platforms.
- All Hands Bakery reserves the right to change or add to their terms and conditions at any time.
